Who we are
The Marketing Operations Cross-Company Alliance (MOCCA) is a community for sharing practical experience between Marketing Operations professionals in technology companies. MOCCA aims to create both professional development for members and development of the marketing operations profession. MOCCA provides an exchange forum for real-world ideas, solutions, and best practices.
What we do
MOCCA hosts quarterly meetings that cover topics of interest to marketing operations professionals. Past meetings have included a CMO panel discussion, a marketing automation vendor session with MOCCA member implementation case studies, best practices in lead management and analytics, and marketing measurement & dashboards. In addition to meetings, MOCCA has organized special interest groups to discuss annual planning and marketing KPIs. Finally, MOCCA brings together marketing operations professionals for social networking events.
Join us
MOCCA currently has over 100 members from 50 distinct organizations—and new members are always welcome. The MOCCA Steering Committee is also interested in any suggestions from the marketing operations community for meeting topics, guest speakers, current issues—anything that is of interest to our members.
